1. Service Description

CompanyLogo.xyz provides API access to reference images of company logos for publicly listed securities across global stock exchanges. The service is designed for use in financial applications, portfolio trackers, trading dashboards, and related software where company identification is required.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All company logos, names, and trademarks displayed or delivered through this service are the property of their respective owners. CompanyLogo.xyz does not claim ownership of any logos and provides them solely as reference images for identification purposes under nominative fair use principles.

If you are a trademark owner and wish to have your logo removed from our service, please contact us at takedown@companylogo.xyz. We will process valid removal requests within 48 hours.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use logos obtained through our API for:

• Identifying companies in financial applications, dashboards, and reports
• Displaying alongside stock tickers, company names, and financial data
• Reference and informational purposes in software products

You may not:

• Use logos to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any company
• Redistribute logos in bulk or resell API access to third parties
• Use automated means to scrape or download logos outside of the provided API
• Modify logos in a way that misrepresents the associated company
• Use logos for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable trademark laws

4. API Keys

API keys are personal and must not be shared or published. You are responsible for all usage under your API key. We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms or exhibit abusive usage patterns.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompanyLogo.xyz, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of logos obtained through our service, including but not limited to claims of trademark infringement resulting from your downstream use of logos in violation of these terms.

7. DMCA & Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our service infringes your rights, please submit a takedown notice to takedown@companylogo.xyz including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark
• The specific logo(s) you wish to have removed
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith

Valid requests will be processed within 48 hours.

8. Disclaimers

Logos are sourced from publicly available data and provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Logos may not reflect the most current version of a company's branding. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompanyLogo.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
